Friends I want to share something very revolutionary . About "MEANS AND MANAGEMENT..!!"
After attending a great seminar like today..Ah..!! Anyone would be forced to write. And this blog I make a must to be read for all unfortunates who din't attend the seminar. The topic was " MAHABHARATA AND MANAGEMENT"..!!The topic sounds wonderful..Isn't it?? Commencing with the most important part of Mahabharata.."PANDAVAS".Though they were just five, but still were a perfect example of a team. Team with all qualities....let me describe them in detail..GOING IN ASCENDING ORDER OF AGE...
1.SAHDEVA : Known for his intelligence
2.NAKULA : For his horse riding
3.ARJUNA : Archery
4.BHIMA : Power and strength
5.YUDHISTHIR : Ethics
and
0.KRISHNA : An invincible leader
So don't you find a perfect team combo?? Intelligence and planning in form of Sahdeva is there, horse riding depicting speed with smoothness is too there.Archery denoting accuracy and dedicated patience is there. Power in form of Bhima also counts itself into the team and above all the most mandatory part of any team..... Discipline in form of Yudhishthir is too present.And last but not the least the most importent part of the team, the base ,the foundation of team... an invincible and a wise leader-LORD KRISHNA. Is anything missing?? No?? Yes?? Its DRAUPADI...!!! So what do you think this part of team is for?? A force or something?? Or an entertainment factor..?? Its for none of these... Its for Glamour..!!! And hence a perfect team is complete.
Come to the Mahabharata war...How it all started??
But let me tell you a small incident that took place before it..Once DURYODHANA and ARJUNA went to Krishna. Both of them asked for his help at the same time. What could he have done.. ?? He gave them an option one of the either ... "1. either me or 2. my arm." And guess what.. Arjuna opted for Krishna and Duryodhana for his arm and hence it all started. Yeah..!! The main conditions were given that Krishna was not supposed to use his super human powers.
Krishna always said.. "Dharma is the end what you achieve. Means don't count into Dharma."
Let's infer something from this and apply it in the management arena. So what can we infer?? Management is something which does require some ethics . But friends its not a place where you show your commitment to truth. Its a place where you gotta show your commitment to skills and plan to achieve the end . The path you achieve it is not important. I don't say u can do anything and everything . You gotta maintain minimum possible ethics to govern you, ..apart from that its you, your team and your leader whose wiseness is going to be counted. Good managers are not those who stand on there principles even if they come on a position to be thrown out of the company. They may be a good person but mind you, they would be failures when it comes to management.A good manager would be the one who would act wise and save his job. FRIENDS..!! A GOOD MANAGER CAN BE A GOOD PERSON BUT A GOOD PERSON CAN'T BE A GREAT MANAGER.HE HAS TO PLAY SOMETIME OR THE OTHER..!!" All these discussions were mainly to highlight the fact that " DHARMA IS THE DESTINATION AND NOT THE PATH WHICH IS TAKEN TO REACH IT...!!!"
And let me justify all this by giving some examples....starting from very begining Arjuna, the main hero, was a man who was determined not to fight against his own brother's Kauravas. Everyone including Krishna knew this that he was the backbone of the Pandavas. Now it all came to Krishna ..How he his going to take Arjuna all into it ..??
and he being a wise leader thought of a plan...PLAN SAYS THAT : During Kurukshetra Krishna sent Abhimanyu (son of Arjun who heard how everything about how to get into a chakrvyuh when he was in his mom's womb) in the war to handle the chakrvyuh. He knew that Abhimanyu doesn't know how to come out of the chakrvyuh.He knew that Abhimnyu will die. But he had to do that because probably this was the best plan which can convince arjuna to go for a war against his brothers..."his son's death made him outrageous".As said this was not bad of Krishna. It was all a smart decesion which proves that he was a good leader.
Come to the main scene of the war..The other side of the war were Kauravas out of which four were the main heros..
1. BHISHMA
2. DHRONACHARYA
3. KARNA
4. DURYODHANA
And one thing I wanna mention before anything is Duryodhana was a great leader too .A leader who despite of seeing defeat all around , he was someone who despite of so many negatives happening around still continued to remain on the same stand that he was going to win.A leader should be like him who pumps his army ,his team, and above all keeps himself going in high spirits everytime.... Let me tell you Duryodhana was defeated in wrong terms.. otherwise even he was invincible.
AND now MAHABHARATA WAR... before all wars there takes place a negotiation. this case was no different. Krishna- the leader went to Duryodhana to solve everything. He asked for five states.. Duryodhan said no!! He asked for five cities ..Duryodhana again said no!! Krishna asked for five houses atleast and again Duryodhana said no!! And that's all it was all done. Krishna came back and announced a war against Kauravas. And this was the second evidence that proved that he was an excellent leader. And the greatest war of mankind was declared. Every step took by Krishna were wrong in some or the other way when it came to ethics but then it was already said the means are never important. Coming to the first strength of Kauravas..BHISMA:(who was blessed that he can decide his own death). So such a person being in the war , it was impossible to win. And being the most cunning of all.. Krishna came up with a plan.Once Bhishma was on array of arrows with his head facing the ground.He asked for water and no one could give him because it was impossible to feed him with his head bend down. Krishna called Arjuna in the scene , asked him to shoot an arrow just below Bhishma's head and Ganga's water came out as fountain. Everyone was surprised to see hi power and they gave up almost . Bhishma said he won't fight against this invincible man who can make Ganga come out of land. He even asked Duryodhana to forget about the war.But Duryodhana was another good leader who carried his spirits despite of so much negatives around. So a grand powerful Bhisma was out. Now came the chapter of Guru Dhronacharya(Guru of everyone). It's quite obvious, defeating a Guru is not a small deal. He had one rule for himself that he would never fight a war without his son Ashwathama. So what do you think Krishna would have done now?? Again a wise decesion and that was- Krishna asked Yudhishthir to say in public that Aswathama is dead....because everyone would believe his words ,he being a man full with ethical rules. but it was all against Yudhishthir's principle.."telling a lie". So what would Krishna have done? He made Yudhishthir to speak this..(blue lettered words were asked to be said loudly and rest very soft so that they were not heard)" Ashwathama's elephant( which actually was dead) has died..!!" Dhronacharya believed this and comitted suicide. Second chapter was too over . You can see that the means used were definetly a cheating...but everything is fair to achieve Dharma. Coming to third sub part, actually then only two people had the power to shoot Bramhastra.."Karna and Arjun".. Krishna made them both fight, Karna was killed, actually because he was cheated by arjuna who shooted an arrow (bramhastra: the deadliest weopen then) on Karna when he was just preparing for a planned fight..this all being directed by Mr Krishna..!!Last chapter ,after whom kauravas were all defeated. Duryodhana had a power that he can't die by any other thing hitting on any other part of his body except his below abdomen flex. Lord krishna knew that. He asked Bhima to hit Duryodhana at that part eventhough this was against the rule of the fight between the two .Duryodhana died and victory was of Pandavas. They achieved "Dharma-the final destiny".
So this is same a management area requires- skill, accuracy,basic ethics, speed and above all a strong willpower and last but not not least a good,wise, and a cunning leader with full knowledge of strength and weakness of his area, a a full mind made plan of how to tackle the people. The plan should definetly counter the main problem. Strategies are definetly the most important things too be taken in account. You can see the strategies used by Pandavas were against all etics, even then they achieved Dharma and on the other side Kauravas though used th right means but they were the loosers. So its not emotions and vitues like truth neede all the time in this field.A perfect teamwork and stronger willpower despite of all negatives happening around. That's how the main layout of everything about management is. Apart from this I think my readers are wise enough to interpret things for their own in their own way.
Here comes the very motive of this blog...since I was born I kept my eye glittering that one fine day even I will touch the sky. I will fly high in the deep blue sky. There were obstacles to blow me down. Problems that shattered my glass home (The one I had decorated in my eye) into pieces...but again I collected those and again a home was built.
It stands tough now, may be those wounds made it strong.. probably made me design it more properly everytime it was broken. The days when these dreams were in their making..ah..!! How beautiful were they..!! I still remember those days when I went up the terrace, saw shooting stars showing their magic on mind. Since then those stars have become my friends...rather lost friends with no specific identity of their own... but still something in them tells me everytime that they are wating for me up there... wating for me reach them... wating for me to shine with them...probably even more brighter than them..and so I aim them...aim above sky...as sky is not my limit...!!!
I wanna make clear to all my readers that you won't find any specific class of topics in this blog, its all in general. No techniques, no social melodrama, no science and no formulas..But one thing (as an author) I would like to mention is all posts of this blog would have one thing in common and that is emotins. Emotions ranging from love , passion, sorrow, heartbreak, seperation, comfort, hatred ,compassion bla bla bla.... I know you people are when it comes to english..AND THIS ONE IS DEDICATED TO EMOTIONS OF BEING A GIRL..!!!
I would start with a question .. what comes to your mind when you see the girl above in the pic???? PLEASE (DISCOMFORTS ARE REGRETTED) ... without reading further if you can publish a comment which answers this question...Well if asked to me I would say a girl fighting for herself, a girl on a revolution.But revolution against whom??
FRIENDS .. its no simple revolt as done here and there in the street, its a revolt on a much larger scale yet a silent one..she fights against the world silently.!!! I don't know why I caught hold of this topic but something definetly bothers me and so I write about all this. They say today a girl's steps match with that of boys. Fine I do agree on this ... I know they have come up on ground where work and living is concerned. But has this change occurred in people's mind to..?? Larger part of our country lies dying with the same thought still. Girls - Ah..!!! A weaker gender..!! Today when a girl walks along a street guys crack cheap jokes on her face,and she is helpless. She can also go and slap them on the very moment.. but there lies a differene..and that is female hormone is the most composed one not like a cheaper male one..!! It's not a disclaimer to anyone...no offence but these things are practical. AND IT HURTS..!!!! Is it her mistake?? These things happen with each and every female. They get so used to all this. But is this going to solve this problem ...?? I guess no..!! She has to fight . Silence needs to be broken now. It's high time. So let's rise and revolt not against the people but the evil...!!!
I KOYAL , a few months ago lost all my belief in love at this age. Probably it was because I never got to see a real one. I saw people playing with body, mind , soul and what not. And when they lost interest in this game , they didn't stop playing,they still played but shifted to next player. Why?? Do you have an answer to this..?? And the part for which I felt sorry was... When you go and ask them about there present relationship ... they laugh and say "Who cares ?? Its just for fun...!!!!" Ah..!! I don't know what they meant by fun..?? If you people have an answer please do write me a comment...I will be grateful to you for answering this..
I always thought boys were wrong but never had enough proof to justify this thought of mine. But recently what I saw changed my mind.( Girls ..!! No partiality but I tell this being a judge..).I saw one of my aquaintance suffering because his girl shifted to the next player. I felt his condition would have been so bad seeing this happening infront of his eye. How would he be feeling..?? Shit man..!! I curse that girl ..!!And the sadest part was even after all this happened he never blamed the girl. He took the blame on himself. May be this was a true love. There were many incidents alike which happened before this one. I saw one of the guy left his MBA in a very renowned university of India just because his girl did not qualify the same . Now both of them are preparing hard together for CAT. I started believing in love. People can love . Yeah..!! Its a hard truth that its very rare to find true love at this age. Most of the conditions you find people falling in love .. But how can it be a love when you don't rise in it..???
DON'T TAKE PEOPLE FOR GRANTED..!!! IT MAY HURT YOU BADLY....
IT hurts...But how many will understand?? How it feels when your emotions lie on the playing court?? How it feels when they are ready to be misunderstood?? How it feels when the person whom you consider your god never cares about you and is ready to bruise your feelings anytime and everytime ?? It feels like hell..You question your birth?? Were you born so that people can use you for there momentary gain and throw you without any conditions thereafter...???
You look back and laugh at yourself and your foolishness. Again you cared for a wrong person. But someone inside you says " you can't change yourself and your morals just because they are not respected." You think its none of your business to check people from the otherside of the commitment.. You just have to love without any terms and conditions and keep yourself going even if you don't get the same in return.......
I dreamt that I wandered by this way..the bare weather suddenly changed to spring, my steps lay gentle odours of happiness around. The roaring breeze mixed with the sound of the waters murmuring forming a soothing note. (In context with our life, a sad and a happy part mix together to form a happy living )...The sea lies calm this morning, tide is full, and the sun lies fair.This sea of faith, with eternal notes of sadness in ,swept with confused alarms of struggle .
Even then the serene nature manages to go with the same harmony, same soothing continuity...
And so we.. We face loads of struggle, some part of us is happy while other lies wounded, even then we should proceed in our life with this belief that things will become sweeter again, and one day we will rule over this pain of ours... with this belief that when dusk has approached CAN DAWN BE FAR BEHIND...!!!!
Relationships of all kinds are like sand held in hand.Held loosely, with an open hand.. It remains intact. The minute you tighten your hands to hold it firmly, the sand flickers through your fingers. You may hold some part of it but maximum part would be spilled. A relationship should be like that.. given lots of freedom without any boundries or walls.. It should be set free. The measure of the sweetness of your relationships can be done by the measuring freedom you have allowed in it..You should trust the relationship you make, leave it free.. if its a true one it will live strongest but if it's lost like that sand, there is no point in brooding over because it was never yours..
ISHQ VISHQ....a movie casting Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao..In this movie "agar tumhara pyaar jaana chahe to usse jaane do, agar woh laut ke aaye tab hi woh tumhara hai.. varna woh kabhi tumhara tha hi nahi..." a dialouge said by Payal Mehra alias Amrita relates with whatever I mentioned above. It's not becoming filmy or something ...sometimes these films do teach us good...right?? I believe trust and freedom are two utmost important ingredients to make a good relationship.

From past few days these things were troubling me a lot but finally I came to an answer for all this.. and that was "I can't keep on changing myself for each and every comment that is made on me,because if I do that I will forget my own self." I should believe myself ,proceed further taking all comments as a feedback and improve myself. In this process I will encounter many obstacles, but they will improve the taste of my success. WON'T BOTHER ABOUT PEOPLE AND MOVE ON...
Memories they say lives on...With every morning passing by millions of honey like dew drops evaporate into oblivion; there identities lost forever. But still in the short span of time they manage to lend to the nature the freshness, the morning bath and the incarnation it is--day after day..Few months ago, whenever I sat alone ... thought about life..It seemed to be so desolate , something which was eating me inside out, a barren land of death,bathed in blazing,pitiless sunlight,a landscape painted by a sadistic artist...(ALL BCOZ I LEFT MA FRNS, MOM ,DAD,BRO)

In the downhill of my life...when I knew I was declining..I found the most beautiful hearts to stand by me..to give me every possible happiness ..i cud have got ever......!!!!!
But after all these, one thing this tender heart is haunted by is time. How long these soothing moments would continue... again a seperation..!! Then again the same zeal...same effort to continue..!! Thinking all these I grew n today I stand as a matured KOYAL...a gal who believes that these struggles r something which prove that u r still living, dat u r still ready to face the world, u r still ready to outburst in the nights, n to overshadow in the sun....A gal who knows seperations are mandatory part of life.. afterall it was these seperations which made us accept ..every relationship was important in some or the other way...some made us to accept hard truths,some took us to the world of blaze, some to extreme feelings of being a princess.. and some to the feeling of being a forlorn ....and wat not...????So I owe every person who came in my life..contributed to it, added a bit to the growth of my heart...
