SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT...!!!! PANKH PHELA AUR UDTA CHAL...DUNIYA TUMHARA INTZAAR KAR RAHI HAI...!!!

In today's modern world when recognizing the boundary of being personal in public and private sectors is talked about , I start pondering .. "Is socialising only a need for the survival of the company." "Is it needed for a professional to have a good personal(social) relationship with the high degree officials and dignitories or can he survivie purely on his skills ??"
Well from the completely professional standpoint a true professional should not be committed to anything other than his job or the task he has been assigned to perform. But when you go and have a close look in the working sectors today this concept seems to be something which no more than a piece of theory which was practiced decades before.
Today the scenario is very different. Here people pay more heed to personal relationship than professional performance. Though it sounds very lame on the ethical ground, but this has become the gurumantra of every private and public sector companies. One might think this aspect a consequence of such a huge outburst in the number of employees.
But overall, doing something for oneself is not wrong. One might go to impress the dignitories by telecasting his brimming qualities, but not at the cost of fellow employees. I mean to say at one time or the other one has to go through this phase of choosing one between self respect and flourishing future because " what's the scene today , we can't figure it out....
and what we figure out , is no more true...!!"
